Kyla's First Official Doctor's Visit

Kyla went in to the pediatrician on the Sunday following her birth just to check her bilirubin levels given the family history. Everything was fine, so they scheduled us to come back when she was 6 days old to get a check up.

She weighed 7 lbs. 9 oz. Already 6 oz up from birth weight which a great sign only 6 days after birth! This puts her in the 50% for her weight. She was 20 1/2 inches long, the 80%, but Dave is skeptical that she actually grew an inch in 6 days. (He questions the validity of the height measurement at every visit) .

Above all she was given a 100% stamp of approval from the doctor! Yay!
